Customise the Thank You, Socials & Feedback Settings

Your 'Thank You Page' is the final TiPJAR screen your customers will see having left you a tip, so make it special. You can also collect feedback from your customers about their experience as well as direct them to your social media channels. 



How to customise your Thank You Page


1. From the Venue Admin page click the waving hand.



2. The 'Thanks' tab is where you can turn on a custom thank you otherwise we'll use the standard TiPJAR thank you page, whatever you prefer. 



3. The 'Social' tab is where you can set your social channels to display to the customer. We support Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, Twitch and TikTok and will add them onto customers tip receipt emails for ya. 



4. The 'Feedback' tab enables you to collect feedback from customers after they've tipped. Use the + to add and change the questions to suit you.
