Each month, you’re allocated a set number of free withdrawals. The exact number of free withdrawals available to you may vary depending on your account or the organisation you work for.
Your free withdrawals refresh each month, typically when you receive your first set of tips for that month. You’ll always have full access to your tips, but we recommend saving up for fewer, larger withdrawals rather than making lots of smaller ones.
If you use all of your free withdrawals within a month, any additional withdrawals may incur a small fee of 49p. This fee helps us continue to provide secure, reliable, and fast payments for everyone.
In addition to manual withdrawals, we also offer a monthly auto payout, which is free. On the third Thursday of every month, any remaining balance in your wallet is automatically transferred to your linked bank account. This means you’ll always receive your tips, even if you haven’t made a manual withdrawal.
