Remember there are lots of moving parts involved in getting your tips to you!.
Our system is designed to process transactions in real time - so tips don't get split at a specific time, but get split as soon as we've received all the data we need to do it. The splitting process itself then takes a few hours for the system to move all money around.
Usually, this completes before midnight every Friday, and the tips are split for the prior week up to and including the prior Sunday. Sometimes though, if there's an issue, for example, a rota not signed off, or a problem with the reporting from your till system, it might take a bit longer. And sometimes if things move more quickly, it might be sooner! We'll always split tips as fast as we can.
