What do I do if I’ve moved to a different store?

Modified on Tue, 8 Sep at 11:22 AM

If you have moved stores, after a week you will be automatically removed from your previous store, and you will need to link your account to your new store. To do so, you just simply need to register again.

To register, you need to follow one of these links depending on whether you are in the UK or in Ireland:

Creating Your Validation Code

You will need to generate a unique validation code using the following format:

  1. 5 digits of your Store ID (e.g., 12345 – each store has a unique ID)
  2. 4 digits of your User ID (e.g., 6789)
  3. First letter of your first name (e.g., A)
  4. First letter of your last name (e.g., Z)

Example:
If your Store ID is 12345, your User ID is 6789, your name is Alex Zane, your validation code would be:
123456789AZ

You can find your Store ID by asking your General Manager.

Completing Registration

Once you have entered your code, you will be prompted to enter your email and password. Please use the same email and password as your existing account.

After registering successfully, please allow 24 hours for your collected tips to appear in your account.

Troubleshooting

If your validation code doesn’t work, it may be because:

  • You recently moved to your new store, and you haven’t been added to our system yet. If that’s the case, please try again in a week.
  • If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please check with your manager to ensure your code is correct.

Good News!

If you collect tips before registering, don’t worry—we hold them for up to 12 weeks, so you’ll still be able to access them once your registration is complete.

Step 3: Access Your Tips

After successfully registering, please allow 24 hours for your collected tips to appear in your account.
