What do the balances I can see mean?

From with your Personal tab: 
MY TIPS = your share of the tips collected, by date range 
MOVED TO WALLET = tick icon showing successful transfer, and the date shows when your tips were split (i.e. when they were made available to you)

Inside your Wallet: 
COMPLETED PAYOUTS = a record of tips transferred from your wallet to your bank account 
 
Inside the Organisation tab(s): 
You will see one of these for every organisation that you are a part of 
TEAM TiPJARS =  the balance you see against each Team TiPJAR is NOT your own personal balance, it is the total tips that the venue has collected during the last collection period (i.e. last week) 
 
Expand the venue using the arrow button for more detail: 
TOTAL collected during last period 
TEAM TIPS = again that’s not your own tips, this is a feed of all tips coming into the organisation. Depending on how your systems are integrated, you might see every tip individually, or you might a total per shift, day or week.
