What if there are mistakes in the hours recorded?

We use the same process that is used to sign off hours for payroll, so will aim to minimize errors. However, if there are errors, adjustments can be made in the next hours that are sent through and your wallet will be credited accordingly. 

 

Because Tronc is shared proportionately, its sometimes very difficult to achieve a perfect correction – because one error in the hours means that everyone would have got a different amount.  We’ll always try to work out what you should have got, and make an adjustment to get as close to this as we can.
