It’s no problem!
You’ll start over, and have to re-enroll again (because you always have to opt-in to joining a tronc). Your employer will have to issue a new invite, or TiPJAR will issue you one automatically when you are first assigned hours.
You’ll also get a new reference for your membership, and it will appear as a separate employment in the HRMC gateway.
